Terms of Use

FlowSet is a personal wardrobe companion. It helps you organise what you own, save outfits, reflect on what you wear, and make more intentional decisions before buying more. Features and limits may change over time as the product evolves.

You need an account to use FlowSet. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that takes place under your account. FlowSet is not intended specifically for children. Where applicable under local law, users who cannot independently provide valid consent should use FlowSet with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

FlowSet is currently offered free of charge. There are no active paid tiers, subscriptions, trials, renewals, Premium feature gates or Restore Purchases flows. Reasonable usage limits may still apply to protect the service, and features may change or be paused as the product evolves.

Some accounts carry a historical "Legacy Supporter" recognition from earlier paid or complimentary access. This is a quiet acknowledgement of past support only; it is not a current paid entitlement and does not unlock separate features today. Historical transaction records from that period may still be retained where required by law — see the Privacy Policy for details.

If paid features are reintroduced in the future, they will be described here before they take effect and will require your explicit action to opt in.

You own the photos, looks, reflections and notes you create in FlowSet. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process that content solely to operate the service for you — for example, to render your wardrobe, generate cutouts, or produce a Style Me suggestion you asked for.

We do not allow your photos, reflections or wardrobe content to be used to train any AI model.

You agree not to:

• upload content that infringes someone else's rights or that you don't have permission to share;
• use FlowSet to harass, harm or impersonate others, including inside Circle;
• attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or to bypass usage limits or access controls;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its content.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

Circle is an optional, invite-only space. Anything you share into a Circle becomes visible to the people you invite. Be considerate of what others share with you and don't redistribute it outside the Circle without their consent.

Some features use AI models reached via the Lovable AI Gateway (see the Privacy Policy for the current list). AI suggestions are offered as inspiration. They can be wrong, incomplete or occasionally odd — use your own judgement before acting on them.

FlowSet is built iteratively. We may add, change or remove features, adjust Free plan limits, or pause parts of the service. We'll surface material changes inside the app or by email before they take effect.

FlowSet is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of FlowSet is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Swedish or EU consumer law.

You can stop using FlowSet at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that should reasonably survive termination — such as content ownership, disclaimers and liability — continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you inside the app or by email.
